Why is this game marked as AI-generated?
I want to be completely transparent about how this game was made.
I don’t know how to code, and I’ve never formally learned programming. Coding has always been one of the biggest challenges for me, and I’ve struggled with learning it on my own. Because of that, I used tools such as ChatGPT to help me with the coding and some of the images used in the game.
However, the story, dialogue, ideas, and overall creative direction were written and created by me.
This game was essentially a test for myself. I’ve been interested in making games for a while, but I never knew how to code, so I wanted to see if I could actually go through the process of making a game with the help of AI and, more importantly, whether I would enjoy making games enough to continue doing it.
So far, I’ve really enjoyed the process.
My plan is to keep learning and make longer, more ambitious games in the future. I also want to be clear that my intention is to use AI primarily as a coding assistant going forward, rather than having it create the game for me.
And no, this wasn’t a “one-prompt” game where I simply told an AI to make an entire game and uploaded the result. I put a lot of time and effort into making this, learning how everything works, testing things, fixing problems, and putting the different pieces together.
I completely understand if AI assisted development is something you personally don’t want to support, and I respect that.
If you decide to play the game, I’d really appreciate your feedback. If you enjoyed it, let me know and if you didn’t, please tell me what you didn’t like. Any feedback will help me improve for future projects.
Thanks for checking out the game, and have a great day!

i really dont think you should rely on AI for your projects, its so much more satisfying to figure things out yourself.
i barely know how to code myself and the process of creation is so much more satisfying when you unchain yourself from AI.
You should not use AI for graphics because its a huge turnoff for a lot of players, if you arent good at art (thats fine, i cant draw either!) just lean into it or make a genre of game that isnt super reliant on art.
